Person uploading an entry must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and must be an adult/parent/guardian/brother/sister/in direct association with the child/ whose details are being uploaded as the entrant in the baby contest.
By participating in the contest, you hereby agree to follow all the rules of the contest and will not use yourself or hire someone in any form or way to get automated votes. You agree not to pay or incentivise anyone in any form (cash or kind) to get votes. If we see any inappropriate activity in the votes, we may delete those votes or disable the entry altogether without giving any reason or clarification. Our decision will be final in that case.
Incase of any technical issue, hacking attempt, cyber attack etc. we will restore the data/votes/pics etc. to previous day. Once your entry/listing goes live on the website, no requests for withdrawal be entertained.
